KENDALLVILLE, IN - The Indiana State Police (ISP) is reporting that at roughly 7:30: P.M. Wednesday evening, the Kendallville Police received a report of shots being fired at an apartment complex on Berry Lane near Drake Road on the south side of Kendallville. Officers from KPD and ISP responded immediately, and upon their arrival an unidentified male suspect began shooting at them from a second story apartment balcony at 645 Berry Lane.

New York Man and Alabama Woman Sentenced for Attempting to Provide Material Support to ISIS

Friday, February 3, 2023 - James Bradley, aka Abdullah, 21, of the Bronx, New York, and Arwa Muthana, 30, of Hoover, Alabama, were sentenced to 11 years in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release and nine years in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release, respectively, for attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS).
