(January 27, 2023) - The actions by the former Memphis, Tennessee, police officers are sickening; they are inhumane and indefensible. Frankly, the death of Tyre Nichols should have never happened. These officers used excessive force, failed to intervene, and neglected to call for immediate medical attention.

Suspect Wanted for Murder in Death of 4-Year-Old Boy, Arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service

YOUNGSTOWN, OH – The U.S. Marshals Office of Public Affairs is reporting that members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) have arrested Andre McCoy, 22. McCoy has been wanted since March 25, 2021, when he was indicted on charges of aggravated murder, attempted murder, felonious assault, and aggravated burglary, all with firearms specifications.
